Our client was constructing a new 34 unit development with carparking, paths and external landscaping. Our scope of works includes:
- Demolition of dwellings, garages and general site clearance.
- Bulk site excavation to strip topsoil
- Excavation for and backfill gravel rafts for units
- Auguring for piles
- Timber retaining walls
- Civil construction - driveway, paths and landings, permeable pavers and vehicle crossings.
