Demolition, earthworks, retaining walls and civil construction

Our client is constructing a new 82 unit development with a road, carparking and external landscaping. Our scope of works includes:

Demolition of existing site buildings and site clearance
Installing and maintaining sediment control measures including excavation of a sediment control detention tank
Contamination removal
Bulk excavation and backfill for units and hard landscaping areas
Road construction
Timber retaining walls
Civil construction - driveways, carparks, footpaths, kerb & channel, line marking and wheel stops

Maintained compliance with Ecan/ resource consent conditions regarding sediment control requirements.
Due to the scale and large scope of our works we have successfully engaged with a range of subcontractors to allow us to meet contract requirements and stay ahead of the construction programme. In particular our strong relationships with subcontract trucking companies has allowed us to move large volumes of materials in/ out of site to efficiently complete the earthworks portion of the job.
Extensive hard landscaping works including; placement of 4000m2 of concrete for internal road.
