Demolition, earthworks and civil construction
Our client is constructing a 9 unit development with concrete paths and driveway. Our scope of works include:
- Demolition of existing house, garage, pool, pool house, fences and hardstandings
- Greenwaste removal and general site clearance in preparation for earthworks
- Bulk earthworks - strip top soil, excavate site to specified depths
- Reinforced gravel rafts for the units
- Construction of 125mm thick concrete driveway
- Construction of 100mm thick concrete paths
- Vehicle crossing
