Earthworks, retaining walls and civil construction
Our client is constructing a new 20 unit development with carparking and external landscaping. Our scope of work includes:
- Site clearance and prep, including lime stablisation of clay for recompaction.
- Bulk excavation and backfill for units and hard landscaping areas.
- Trenching of footings.
- 3 types of retaining wall construction - timber, UCS and keystone.
- Concrete driveway and pavement construction.
