Our client constructed a 7 unit development with carparking and external landscaping. Our scope included:
- Bulk earthworks for foundation base course
- Extensive stonebloc and timber retaining walls
- Construction of 150mm thick concrete carpark and paths
- Construction of permeable paved car parking area
- Kerb/ channel
- Vehicle crossing
